The system consists of hot‑dip‑galvanized steel supports, UV‑resistant ABS flood trays, aluminum alloy edge profiles, water‑nutrient pipelines, nutrient reservoir, circulation pump and controller unit.

Working on ebb‑flow tidal principle, nutrient solution floods the tray surface from bottom, absorbed by plug trays via capillary action. After preset soaking duration, solution drains back to reservoir by gravity for recirculation in closed fertigation loop.
